Return and Refund Policy

All BIOMED3D products are made to order and manufactured specifically for educational and training purposes.

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final once production has begun.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Course changes

• Incorrect product selection by the customer

• Minor cosmetic differences inherent to 3D printed manufacturing

• Normal wear from drilling, cutting, instrumentation, or training use

• Variations in color, texture, translucency, or support-contact finishing

If a product arrives damaged or with a verified manufacturing defect, the customer must notify BIOMED3D within 7 days of delivery with photos and order information. Approved defects may qualify for replacement at BIOMED3D’s discretion.

Custom-designed products, prototype models, and commissioned educational models are non-refundable and non-returnable under all circumstances once design or production work has started.

Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility with their intended educational workflow, instruments, implants, and course objectives prior to purchase.

BIOMED3D reserves the right to determine whether an issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect or normal product variation.

Please contact us at contact@biomed3d.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order details and a description of the issue, along with photos of the product and packaging.

We will assess your claim and, if approved, either replace the defective item or provide a suitable resolution.
